They have two nice dogs, Peanut and Lucky.

They are always reasonable and able to do exactly what they
say they can. If it is beyond their expertise, they say so
-- and offer a recommendation.
They complete the work in a timely manner and keep to the
timetable they give unless something unforeseen crops up.
As reputable as anyone I have ever met.
