They are always honest
They are competent
Their repair price is reasonable
They complete the work in a timely manner
They respond well when they screw something up
They take the time to explain the problems and necessary repairs
They treat male and female customers in the same manner
They are always honest
I would use this mechanic again
I would recommend this mechanic to others
They fix the problem the first time
The shop is located in a safe neighborhood
The hours of operation are convenient for customers
They are near public transportation (or provide loaners, shuttle bus, rides as needed)

They don't just fix stuff without talking over pros and cons. Ex., 'if you are not keeping this truck more than x months, don't get this work done.' It helped me decide when to part with my 10 year old truck.

They once stole the lug nuts off my Porsche and replaced them with old black ones, and when I realized it, they denied it and called me crazy and threatened me. Not the way to do business as I used to use them often and now have told others about this.

HONEST HONEST HONEST !! I have been going to "Blagg Tire and Service" for almost three years now. They have done a lot of work for me on my '97 Camery. When I was buying this card used with 177,000 miles on it, they did a THREE hour inspection (program through AAA via Blagg). They got that car in PERFECT condition ! needed some work, as expected but WOW .... what a GREAT car it is NOW! I am a single girl and they have been BEYOND honest with me. Last week I took it in, thinking I needed new brakes and they assured me i did NOT need new brakes, still had 50% left. Said they were a little rusty because my car sits at the airport for long periods. They cleaned up the rust, rotated the tires for FREE, give me an "Airport Employee Discount". I only ended up paying $$ 37.00 !! Talk about HONEST !! I can not recommend them enough.
