I recommend Mark for both his shop's customer service and the quality of their work. I have been a customer since 1989.

Mark is extremely honest. He and his young assistant have a real talent to spot the problems. Their turn around time is usually one day - problem fixed. They both know how to explain the problems in a way an intelligent non-mechanic can understand and they don't talk down to women.

This place charges without notifying you!!! I took my car in for only a diagnostic. They took my car to a Ford DEALERSHIP without my approval!!! They then charged me nearly $100 for a diagnostic that wasn't done by them that DIDN'T yield results (again, without my approval). I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this shop. Their name says nothing about their work. They ARE NOT professional! They were very rude on the phone and blamed ME for the diagnostic charge. What a CRAPPY automotive center...

This place is the most inappropriately named car repair place ever. We were referred by another place in town after they could not work on a foreign car we had. Biggest mistake ever. This place worked on my partner's Kia to try to diagnose a noise in the rear. After replacing the shocks, the noise was EXACTLY the same. But then he just pretends like the noise did not still exist. Then he is asked to diagnose a problem with a Toyota Tacoma that is most certainly related to the exhaust system/catalytic converter, but ended up insisting that if he replaced spark plugs and an engine coil, the problem would be solved. We checked the code again and the code says malfunctioning engine coil and he is not feeling responsible to fix it despite the fact we have had the car back not even 24 hours. This guy is a charlatan. Do NOT take your car here. Now waiting on a tow truck to get it fixed somewhere else.

I would strongly recommend you never take your vehicle to this shop. I was told 10 days to no more than 2 weeks to replace my blown motor. I got it back more than 4 months later. They were not able to complete the repair, they took it to 3 different other mechanics to get the replacement motor finished and running. They installed a cracked flywheel with the motor and then would not honor the 1 year warranty promised within 6 months of getting the vehicle back.
