I've been taking my VW Jetta and now Audi A4 to Tim's for years, for both scheduled maintenance and repairs. They are extremely honest and are always forthright about what you need to take care of right away and what you can put off til another day. Their prices are fair, especially in comparison to the dealership, plus Tim and the whole crew are as nice as can be. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Been going to Tim's German Auto for 8+ years. Wouldn't go to another mechanic for my VW unless I was forced to at gunpoint. They do everything except inspections and tires, that I know of. Extremely competent, honest, friendly, and accomodating. Pat always has coffee for me too. I would recommend anyone.

Tim's German Auto mechanics are competent and will work with you. I've taken my VW Golf to them for the past 9 years. I do many repairs myself. However, if I have a problem, Tim's mechanics are more than helpful in diagnosing problems. There have been some jobs where I did most of the busy work, and Tim's mechanics were willing to finish the hard parts. Thus, I only had to pay for the time and labor they put in to complete the job. Super auto repair shop charging reasonable rates for VW repair.

Although Tim's specializes in German cars, we also have them service a 2003 Nissan Maxima. Their staff is consistently friendly, honest, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Every service provider should have this level of customer service orientation.
