Danny recently performed the 180,000 mile service on my 1991 Honda Accord, The Dealer Wanted $922.00 (not including sales tax)to perform the complete service including my cars second timing belt replacement, Steve the owner told me they charge $696.00 for the service including tax. (He told me they always include the sales tax in their estimate as to avoid any confusion. Danny explained every phase of this service as he was showing me my old parts,(WOW) and the fact that they use only new Honda parts and the importance of doing so. To my surprise Danny even cleaned and re-aimed the windsheild washer nozzles, RE-PAINTED my windsheild wiper arms checked the air in my spare (it was empty) and he discovered my tire tool was missing and gave me one. This was my first experience with them and they have just spoiled us, they always do the little things that make all of the difference in the world. All of them are great and I strongly recomend them SEE their WEB site at They always treat me as an equal

The air conditioning on my 2004 Accura wasn't working consistently, and I took it to the Dealer who said I needed a new compressor and clutch at a cost of $1,500. That didn't make sense, given the AC worked about 50% of the time, so we took it to Dealer Alternative. They were awesome, worked all morning to duplicate the AC problem, and then the diagnosed it as a broken relay which they fixed for $135, just $20 more than it cost me to get the incorrect diagnosis from the Dealer!! Dealer Alternative kept me informed as they worked on the car and found the issue, and they had it fixed in just one day. I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent customer service, workmanship and honesty. I'll be a return customer for sure!

Steve Metcalf did a fantastic job on my Acura in August. It needed extensive work due to the 105,000 Owner's Manual specs. I got the Timing belt package, brake job, belts, fluids, alternator that blew on my drive there, replaced axel and a few other things. My car is running great. Steve is not only a nice guy, he is a great mechanic with much attention to detail. Thanks too for painting my windshield wipers and cleaning the inside of my windshield better than I have ever been able to do. I will see Steve the next time I need anything fixed on my car. His rate was more than reasonable.
