Ernie is as honest as the day is long. He has serviced my 2004 Kia Rio since new, and will explain in layman's terms what, if anything, needs to be done should a problem appear. Super customer service, and goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I am very thankful to Mr. Pruitt for his expert knowledge in auto repair. I will be a customer of his for as long as he is in business. These days you can't ever find an auto mechanic who you can trust and who wont try to run you out of some money because you might not know very much about the problem or the cost related to it. Mr. Pruitt is very honest and upfront about everything and I recommend his services to anyone.

Ernie Pruitt is the owner and only mechanic. He has over thirty years experience and is very honest. If he replaces parts on your car he returns the old parts to you. He is happy to explain what you need and why, plus if you have the time to stay and watch the repair he explains what he is doing and why. He may not be the cheapest shop in town, but I have not had to return to have any of his work to be re-done. Be prepared to answer a number of questions about your particular problem, sometimes you think he is spending too much time on this, but in the end he understands exactly what the problem is and repairs it quickly. I happened to be in his shop one day when a lady came in to pay him for a repair. He had told her at the time of the work that the repair might not solve her problem completely, but if she wanted to go ahead he would wait to be paid until she was satisfied with the work.
