The team at Dave's have been successfully fixing my family's cars for more than 10 years. Prior to going to Dave's, I was overpaying at the dealerships for work on my Volvo and Nissan. Steve and Dave have always treated me with respect and were more than fair with pricing on my cars. They provide rides to work and even receive email if you have car questions. Even after I moved to Dallas, they still provide me with car advice by phone and make special arrangements so I can leave the car with them at my convenience. As a female car owner in my 30s, I've never been treated so well or felt so comfortable with my car repair experiences.

Dave's Foreign Car Service are always very competent and honest. Last time I dropped off my Toyota truck to change pads and shoes on front and rear brakes Dave's garage told me that brakes are still good (40 % left) and there is no need to change them yet. How many mechanics will tell you that. They found some problems I did not know about, and I am glad they found it (replace front lower ball joints). http://www.cartalk.com/mechanics-files it is excellent place to find good mechanics – this how I found Dave's garage.

Going to Dave's is like a breath of fresh air after you've been to so many other repair shops. They're friendly. They're competent. They're timely. And their rates are reasonable. And at least as important, they are honest. Several times I thought I was facing a major bill and they could have taken me to the cleaners - and didn't. They pointed out there was a reasonably repair they could do instead. The only downside is they ONLY work on foreign cars. I wish I could take my wife's Cherokee to them, these guys are just the best!
