I found Dave's via a referral and looked them up on this site over 4 years ago. They have kept my '93 Nissan Altima running smoothly ever since (until i wrecked it, that is) Always very honest and straightforward, they never try to talk you into unnecessary work on your vehicle - which is a quality that's very hard to find!

these guys were great, came in with check engine light on, they read the codes and didnt charge me for the "diagnostic work" like a lot of other shops would. they checked my car out and noticed that my brakes were about to rub off, and they fixed those too, all the work was done same day, and they gave me a ride to class and picked me up when the work was done. the price was very fair, considering how expensive VW parts are. i will definately return to these guys in the future. A word of caution though, the word is out that dave's is great, so be prepared to wait upto a week for an appointment to come in.

Top quality service every time. As a woman, I appreciate the thoughtful approach and explanation of the diagnosis. The folks at Dave's are fair and honest without question. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! I've been taking both of my cars to them exclusively for several years. I can't relay how wonderful it is to have someone that I can totally rely on when it comes to car maintenance. These guys know what they're doing and they don't try to have you do things that are necessary. With that said they also make sure you do everything to keep it maintained superbly

I have an elderly Toyota and without Dave's, I am positive that I would not be able to still drive it. I am trying to keep and drive it as long as possible and when I first got the car, I thought ten years would be a good run with the car. However, it's almost twenty years old now and I have to credit Dave's with my car's longevity. It runs very well thanks to the great service I get at Dave's.

These are kind men of great honesty and integrity who shoot straight with you and never try to up-sell or intimidate you.

We have a Toyota Sienna and Echo, which are both getting up in years. Dave's has worked on both, and they are a pleasure to deal with. They always take the time to explain the issues and options, prices are fair, and once they work on something it tends to stay fixed. The wife and I just really like these guys. As long as I live in the DFW area Dave's will get all our car work, and we are always quick to recommend them to our friends.

They actually advised against several potential fixes - my first time with this shop, and my impression is that they are honest, reliable, and will not try to sell you something you don't need. I'll be back!

I usually go to there shop for advice, but the few times that I couldn't fix the problems with my car, it was fixed in a timely manner and with a full explanation of what needed to be done and why. I am very grateful for their willingness to freely give advice on a repair that I am going to do myself, even when I can see that they are busy. One of the few honest repair shops still around.
