I dropped my car off with Glen -- I was over 800 miles from home in a strange town. I had a lot of business to attend to and just had to leave the car while I was gone for over a week. I was CERTAIN that my clutch was slipping and told them so. When I called to see if the car was done, I found out it was and the bill was $180. They found that the car needed a new valve cover gasket (was leaking oil into the spark plug tubes) and a new set of plug wires. There was nothing wrong with the clutch at all. There are shops that would've taken advantage of this...Not Glen. This is an honest shop, they work hard and do a great job. It may not look like much from the street, but the customer service you will get is great. Trustworthy and affordable mechanics are getting hard to find...but Glen is definitely one of the good guys! I would go back in a heartbeat! I only wish this shop was 800 miles closer to me!

Their greeter is an aged man with an ever-present unlit cigar in his maw. If you let him, he will wax poetic about just about anything, sometimes more than once. At my last repair, he spontaneously decided to explain (with graphics) how the air conditioning systems worked in various makes of vehicles. I love the man. They let me plug my computer in while waiting for my repair. Their main mechanic is the owner's daughter (or grand daughter).
