The shop went out of its way to arrange to get my disabled car there, get me into a rent car, and get my car out on time even though they had trouble getting a part. The price was so reasonable that I suspect they forgot to charge for something.

I was really beginning to hate my car because several
little things were broken -- one of the back windows was
not staying up and both of the back door locks were not
working consistently. I took it to Just Jeeps, and within
an hour of dropping it off, he was calling me with an
estimate and a thorough breakdown of exactly what the costs
were. When I picked up my Jeep, he told me that I could
call him anytime if I had questions about anything with my
Jeep and his work was guaranteed for a year. I took the
opportunity to explain a few other things that were acting
funny. He explained everything in a thorough and non-
condescending manner. Since I am a student and very
conscious of costs, he explained what was critical and what
could wait. I could not have been more impressed.

Both times I've had my Jeep in for service, they've had it
out less than 24 hours later.
