I've brought my 96 Volvo 850 in several times and have found these guys to be honest and fair in their pricing. They have a strong understanding of how to treat customers and have always treated my wife with respect. They always seem busy but will find time to work you into the schedule. They also seem to have a good reputation in the Austin area. I'd strongly recommend these guys....

I don't know what their hourly rate is at the moment, and it doesn't really matter. I want the people I hire to make a decent living. Location? It's industrial, not residential. If you make an appointment, they have loaners available. If not, they'll try to work you in and the bus is a couple of blocks away and will get you to the other end of the county. They're honest, proficient and efficient. They go the extra mile for their customers. On the very rare chance they miss something (no one's perfect), Vol-Tech will make it right even if it's because you forgot to tell them about the problem to begin with. Once I called, explained the symptoms, and Dave said don't drive it, and sent a tow truck. They're not adverse to using rebuilt parts, or pulling a used part from a car in their yard, or telling you a new OEM Volvo part is what you need. They sell older Volvos. If they don't have the car you want, they can build it for you. I always wanted a 123GT.
