I am a cynic when it comes to mechanics, but these guys are the most honest, reasonable ones I've found in 20 years. Seriously, they could have screwed my wife over when she took her car in for some repairs, but they were honest. When I have taken my own car in, they have given me options that cost less, and not fixed things that I thought were broken but really weren't. They checked my brakes and instead of immediately replacing the pads, they stated that the noise was just normal and that the parts were fine. They also opted to not change my transmission fluid because it was looking good to them, when they cuold have just changed it anyway and soaked me. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for those guys. The building looks dumpy and is behind some older buildings, but it is WELL WORTH IT! I recommend them more than any mechanic I've ever worked with, and I've lived in 5 different states and had to wrestle with mechanics before.

After searching Austin for several years for an honest mechanic, I've finally found with these guys. I refer all my frends here.

When you visit this place ask for Tony, he is a great guy. He has worked on both my wife's car and mine (Nissan Maxima/Toyota Corolla. I continue to be very happy with the work that this shop does!
