It took a little work to find the shop in it's new location, but it was worth it. He has moved from 95B Midway road to 321 Brisbane Road in Oak Ridge, TN

After a history of alignments that were correct about 50% of the time, I took my car to Troy. He did it right the first time. Since then, I have had all of my alignments done by Troy. He has never failed to give me a good one. I have probably had 4 or 5 done by him in total. Once he even told me, after making the measurements, that I did not need an alignment and did not charge me anything. I confidently recommend him for consistently good alignments.

Don't trust Troy and A-1 Alignment. They damaged my car, refused to admit it and wanted to fight. Crooks.

To: Ron W. After you being a satisfied customer for over 25 years with A-1 Alignment and my discounting your part and labor (before your supposedly found a scratch) and then accusing someone of putting a small scratch on the passenger side of your car that is not even opened during an alignment is a little absurd. Being aggressive and belligerent is not acceptable behavior on your part, and of course I will defend myself and ask you to leave the property. This is an unfortunate encounter and as you can see on other reviews that other people are happy with their experience with me.

What Troy wrote is simply not accurate. He threatened me and wanted to start a fight. I couldn't believe it. Anyone who knows me -- and you can examine my three vehicles -- knows my vehicles have no dings, no scratches and no dents because I don't park anywhere these can happen. When I arrived at A-1, the car was parked very close to others -- nowhere I would ever park. Had Troy just admitted that the damage happened while he had the car and apologized, this would be a non-issue. He's lost at least one customer (the owner of three cars) and I'll be sharing this experience with others.
