In a word, honest. The story I tell my friends about them is how I accidentally set them up for more work than i needed by admitting auto ignorance, and saying "I think it's my alternator." They kindly let me know I just needed new leads on my battery and that they could have it done that same day. I take my personal vehicle to them as well as my companies fleet.

I have brought my car here a couple times. And I've also recommended folks the beginning, that is. Everything they've ever worked on for me, AND the folks I've recommended, have had to bring our cars back because it wasn't fixed properly. Johnny (the owner) has every excuse as to why it's still not right. I had struts replaced and they didn't change out the whole assembly so still having problems, but all I get is an argument from Johnny and claims that what they did was suitable but I've taken my car to 3 other places and they all claim the whole assembly should have been changed out. This place takes shortcuts and does not fix properly. I would recommend going somewhere else. I'm around a thousand dollars in the whole and still having the same strut issues.
