Good guys. They try hard to please and their prices are better than local dealers.

I used them when I had an Acura. When I bought a Honda, they looked it over for free before I purchased it and I have keep going to them every since. Ken and his crew are honest, hard working, competent and everything you could ask for in a mechanic.

Ultimate Automotive is truly a great find. I was quoted 2500 dollars on an engine fix by a nearby Honda place and couldn't afford it. I called around and Ultimate told me to bring it in. They fixed it for 600 and said that many of the things the other Honda place found were bogus. My car is still running great 50k later (I'm on 165k now). Truly great people who do great work.

My daughter was driving from Virginia to California and stopped overnight at a friend's house in Knoxville. The next morning, the starter in her 1999 Camry (the original starter, it turns out) suddenly started acting up. I found Knoxville Ultimate in the Mechanics Files and directed her there over the phone. They replaced the starter in about 3 hours, at a price very close to what my local low-priced mechanic would charge. My daughter was able to get back on the road and reached Los Angeles a few days later without any more problems. Good Job!
