One of the owners, Marvin Robertson, used to teach automotive repair for high school. he is an excellent transmission repairman. he has made adjustments to a couple of transmissions on different vehicles of mine, when others would have sold me another tranny. This is a big shop for the size of the city, so you do get some sloppy work sometimes. They will always put it right though.
