He has helped me keep several old vehicles operating while kids are in college. He is straight up, does what he says and can find the unusual problems. I have confidence in him and his crew. He communicates with customers well. He watches after older people and people who know nothing about their car.

Bobby runs a great shop, the repairs and done right the first time at a great price. They will alert you to repairs that might be on the horizon, but never try to sell you a repair you don't need. They're great at keeping older vehicles running well without spending an arm and a leg.

As a gal who travels a lot- I've trusted Bobby and his crew with the care of my '91 Honda over the years. They do fair and honest work for a good price. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else in Chattanooga!

My son is a boarding student in Chattanooga and took his '95 Honda Accord in to Parker's when a hose busted. I was horrified to find this out the next day and also that he told them to just fix whatever was wrong and call him when it was ready (he is 17 and his first car repair issue). He did not ask for an estimate or anything. I immediately called the shop and was told that they were working on it. After explaining that this was my son's first experience with a car repair and that I was troubled by the fact that he told them to just fix it, the gentlemen assured me that they thoroughly inspected the car and found two hoses that needed to be replaced. They also reported that all of the major mechanics of the car were in really good shape which gave me piece of mind. Long story short, they did exactly what needed to be done at a reasonable cost and did not take advantage of an inexperienced, trusting kid. I would highly recommend them (and have to my friends with college kids in Chatt) and will have them work on the car again if necessary!
