Though the shop isn't in the best building (it looks ready to fall down), or the best part of town (customers are advised to hide any valuables when leaving cars for repair), the work is done timely and to customer specification. Having an extremely un-reliable car, I've frequented the shop many times. Each time, Gary has been very polite and made plenty of time for me to talk with him about my concerns. Never have I ever been "taken advantage of." Often times a mechanic will take the time to diagnose the problem for no charge. I don't think you can go wrong with this shop.
