Took my car in for an idle issue and when they took my car out to replicate it, my clutch gave out. They told me that I was lucky they were dealing with it and it was not me. We discussed what was wrong, a cable by the shifter actually broke and they quoted me a price. I felt cornered, so I told them to order the part. They required 50% down and I paid. After talking to a friend that was a former mechanic, he told me he thought they were over charging me. I made 3 phone calls and all of the estimates I got for the same problem were a quarter of what they were charging me. I went in to complain and eventually I told them to not do another thing and I was coming to get my car (all in pieces). They refused to refund my money citing a policy that was not on my invoice nor was it posted within my view. Even the mechanic told me that I was not being treated right. I feel bad writing this review about the shop because he was nice and showed me the problems and I felt he was honest. Come to find out, they were going to repair my one problem, but my clutch was shot and they did not even look at that. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and should have taken them to small claims court, just could not summon the courage to do that at the time. Avoid them at all costs!!!
