Very disappointed. My father's pickup was there for body damage to the left rear pickup bed. While it was there, it was struck by a vehicle, damaging the right front fender and the passenger door. 4 weeks later, my father arrives to pick up the vehicle. The floor mats were missing; they stated that they were not responsible. The passenger door was replaced with one from a junkyard with a broken inside door handle; they stated that they weren't aware and that, because the repairs were paid for by insurance, they could not apply the handle to the repairs. When the paint was applied, only the right side of the roof of the truck was painted! Why didn't they call and state that the remainder could be painted for an additional charge? They didn't have an answer. Several months later, I purchased the truck from my father and discovered that, when the left rear of the truck bed was repaired, the gasket that goes between the fuel tank and the fuel filler tube was not reinstalled, causing fuel to leak out when the tank was full. I contacted Ascue's; they stated that, since my father no longer owned the truck, the missing gasket was not covered. I took the truck to another body shop and had a gasket installed. Very disappointed.
