I am THRILLED to write a review for John and Seth Novack (and they never asked me to)! I was looking up their address and fell into this site and saw an opportunity to "pay-forward" John's super-decent treatment to me all of these past years-over 30, I think. I think God put him on this earth to cut women some slack and be treated with courtesy, respect, intelligence, and HONESTY. I've referred all of my women friends and not one of them has ever had a complaint about his work or prices. None of us would ever think to question his decision-making or prices that he quoted. I once brought my VW Cabrio back to the local dealer (because it was under warranty), and the mechanic handed me a piece of paper with all the $2800 items "wrong" with the car (before it could be inspected in RI). I brought the car to John and he checked every listed on the piece of paper and there was ONE thing wrong, that cost me $75 to have fixed. That is so typical. John wasn't too crazy about working on my classic Mercedes, as he likes "basic uncomplicated cars," so as an aging women, I've given up my jazzy cars and now stick with a Ford Focus wagon that runs like a top. Anyone that doesn't know about John and his son, Seth, are missing out big-time on the very best mechanics in Rhode Island! Love, love, love those transparently-decent men!
