Kerm's wife does most of the "public relations" stuff - getting you to work, calling to tell you the car is ready,etc. Kerm doesn't let you leave the shop until he is completely satisfied with what he's done to it. He's very flexible and I've never had trouble getting an appointment. He's very honest, and if he thinks a job is too much for him, he says so. Prices are about average.
