I've always gotten good advice from them if they thought it was time to give up on the car because of the costs involved in keeping it on the road. They will not do a repair which isn't needed and they explain options well.

I have always had excellent service at this shop. I was sold when they replaced the head on my engine, and went to the effort to find a good piece from a junk yard. I am female, and always found them to be polite without being condesending, even when I suggest something stupid I heard from a co-worker. They aren't as willing to chat with me as I have observed with men, but the work and service was always great!

They've been keeping my cars on road for 8+ years. They're thorough, honest, and prices are very reasonable. They'll get an after-market part when appropriate, and pass on the savings to me. They also were very direct when they suggested it's time to think about moving on from my 14-y.o. Odyssey that has suddenly entered "money-pit" the years.
