"Guarantees all work for at least 12 months or 12000 miles"

I don't know how to answer these questions because Ken has
never had to do his work over -- he gets it right the first
time.
His estimates are accurate, he gets the work done the same
day I drop off my car and I've never had to take it back to
have anything done over in the 10 years I've been taking my
cars to him. You can't go wrong at Main Line Auto.

This place is fantastic. Fast, reliable, trustworthy,
inexpensive. Its a small shop with a few limitations
regarding computer systems on newer cars (thus the 4 on
competency) but otherwise fantastic. Very honest, will not
try to talk you into unnecessary repairs and quick to tell
you in the rare instance that they cannot handle a problem.
Treats all customers with respect.

Cheap. Quick. Courteous. Competent. What more do you want in a mechanic?

I have found Ken to be extremely honest and respectful. As a female college student who actually knows something about her car (can you BELIEVE IT??) I am very wary about being ripped off. At this point, I have even been able to call Ken in a sort of paternal-advice sort of way. My car died 50 miles from home and 40 miles from my destination (86 Chevy Celebrity...need I say more??) in the middle of no where. I had to take my car to another mechanic (there was no way I was getting home over 2 mountains!). This mechanic was good - but the point being, I even called Ken to ask him if I was being duped by the other garage. Ken gave an honest appraisal of the situation. I trust Ken.

Ken is fantastic! I found Mainline through cartalk.com
initially, so I want to come back and say how right
everyone was to recommend this shop. The prices are very
reasonable, Ken is always straightforward with his
opinion, and he does a fantastic job keeping my car in top
shape. I would recommend him to anyone!

I learned about MainLine Auto through cartalk.com. Ken is
the most honest mechanic I have ever been to. As a woman
who knows nothing about cars, I never felt that I was being
taken advantage of. Ken is knowledgeable and kind. I would
recommend him to anyone.
