Scott, the service manager, has always gone the extra mile in his servicing of my Jaguar. He doesn't "push" unwanted or not needed services.

I'd trust Scott with my life. He's helped me keep a couple of high mileage Japanese cars on the road for the last couple of years without crushing my bank account. He's never done work that didn't need to be done and never soaked me for what needed to be done. He's now the only guy I let touch either car.

Called foreign auto fix on 11/11/2016 spoke with Roy at 11:45am, explained to him my problem, he said bring it in , and he can take a look at the Lexus ls400, he couldn't promise anything that day, however he would get it in by Monday. I called AAA, and had it towed to Foreign auto fix. Monday at 4:51 pm Roy calls, tells me it needs a full tune -up, spark plug wires, cap, rotor the whole nine, the price $830.00, I said "Roy" will this fix the problem, he said it should, however, he couldn't tell if other problems will exist. I said "Roy" will the problem I brought it there for be gone, he said yeah, and then he mentions price, like it was to high for me. Almost a thousand is high for anyone who's not filthy rich. However, thats not the issue, I believe you get what you pay for, so I gave the ok for the repair. My car has been here before for repairs when there was another service manager, and another mechanic.Wednesday at 9:41 am the car is Ready, I'm in New jersey for work, so advised I could pay with CC by phone, I decided to go in the shop, and pay on 11/17/2016 Thursday at 4:35 pm, met Roy gave the CC information the bill came to $798.32. I didn't need a hand out, I just want my work done right the first time, or stand behind your work. Spoke with Steve the mechanic he assured me it will burn a tire now, since he put his hands all over the car. Left the car in the parking lot, went with the wife to get a bite to eat, came back to the shop to pick the car up, the shops closed of course. Cranked up the Ls 400, and I'm rolling, down Steubenville Pike to Carson, and BAMM the same issue , rough idling, check engine light is on, and blinking , and the trac light is on. The same issue. Turned around, and took the car back.
