Before I had my car towed to Garrison's I was told that they would fix my car under my extended warranty with no additional charges. Later, I was told there was an additional $90+ charge for diagnostics. When I questioned why this was, the owner/son started screaming at me and told me to come pick up my car. (knowing it was not running). My husband spoke to him and he said I was "mouthy" and yelled at him. My husband heard the whole thing and told him, no she wasnt yelling but she did question your charges. Later I was told that I had to leave a positive rating on Yelp or they wouldnt finish the job.

Each time I bring my vehicle to Garrisons I am treated with professionalism and courtesy. My Jeep Liberty Sport is diagnosed, and repaired usually within the same day depending on complexity of work and my drop off time. The work is done right the first time. They even resolved a problem with noise coming from my rear differential that occurred when driving long distance. I had 3 other mechanics including the dealer where I purchased who charged a $35 fee for driving it 2 blocks to hear noise, and they could not solve the issue. After describing my issue and without test driving the mechanic at Garrison's said I know what the problem is. When returning that day they fixed the original repair that I brought the Jeep in for, plus they also solved the problem of grinding noise from rear differential all that was needed was a $9 bottle of fluid. If you feel the repair did not resolve the problem, they have no ego's or attitude about bringing it back for further testing, only professional competent service. I have had many place's work on various car's of mine. Garrisons is one of those rare places where they can say Master Mechanic and back it up with stellar repair work. No shade tree mechanics here, just the best.
