Twenty-five years ago, I was a struggling college kid with a part time job and a beat-up used car which was giving me problems. My cousin recommended Nick Ferraro as an honest mechanic who could help me. Nick diagnosed my problem in a few minutes and gave me a price to repair it. I told him that I couldn't afford it. So, he actually showed me how to replace the part and, without charging me, directed me to a local salvage yard to find exactly what I needed. He saved me what was - to me at that time - a lot of money. I thought this guy was too honest for his own good. I've watched Nick's business grow over the years precisely BECAUSE of his honesty and the trust which people have in him. Twenty-five years and more than a dozen cars later, I still trust Nick to take care of me and my car.

I was referred to this place. I was told that they know what they are doing. I called to make and appointment but they just bring it up. Two days go by and I had not heard from them so I called. They said it was coin in next. They called me the following day and said my bill was 140.00 for checking it out but they weren't 100% percent sure of what they found. I couldn't believe my bill was that high and they weren't even sure of the problem. I said to go ahead and fix it. They said it was going to be a total of 316.00. So they called me back and said that didn't fix it but while they were in there they noticed something and now the car runs great. They now told me my bill was 532.00. Wait I didn't authorize that amount. Now I'm pissed but what can I do so I went and picked it. When I drove down the street I realized that I still had the same problem.
