fair and resonably price. Honest.

My first experience with H&A revealed a blown fuse, which
caused no power to the lighter, and a round trip ride to
work. At home the lighter power port failed when I plugged
in the usual electrical devices. The immediate return to H&A
got me another fuse and the finding that the problem was
with my device. Both visits were no charge. I will go back
to this shop.

The owner, Mr Hall, is exceptional at what he does. I've been
a customer for the past 10 years starting when he was
located off Forrest Avenue. He's worked on my Nissan, my
Chrysler, and now my Subaru. He has also worked on my
mother's car which is a KIA. We bring the car from West
Chester to Norristown anytime she needs something taken care
of. I've needed rides to work which I've gotten, I've
needed to be picked up from work which was done..and he
always explains what needs to be done before starting the
work. If you request an estimate, you will get one, and if he
see's where it's going to be a lot more than the estimate,
he'll notify you so you have no surprises when you pick up
your car. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a
TV to die for. Yes, I would refer anyone of my family and
friends and even a stranger if they asked me about a garage
that does good work and the mechanic is honest. If you have
any problems once the work is completed, all you have to do
is call, and take the car back and he will correct the
problem. Thank you Peter for being the honest mechanic that
you are. A loyal customer.

Peter and his crew have worked on three Saturns and a Ford Econoline wheelchair van for us. Always top notch work. They rock my world.

Peter is a great guy. They had had to replace my battery, alternator and belt, and did so in a few hours. They do get busy though because they are very reputable but they will be my go to shop in the future.

I have to tell you, these guys are great! My daughter bought a 2004 Subaru Forester at a local used car lot and we immediately noticed the temp gauge moving into the red and the engine surged in park. We took the back to the dealer and to their credit, they checked it out twice and couldn't find the issue. A second set of eyes at H and A did the trick. They found out the radiator was clogged and the O2 sensor was bad. And get this, H and A called the dealer and the car dealer paid for all the repairs and diagnosis time. A great local businesses in Norristown! Thanks TJ and Pete!

Let me start by saying WOW. I am not from the area, but was buying a used car from a nearby dealership. I needed a place to have the car checked out, and found H&A on two referral sites so I thought I would give them a try. This is a very busy shop, yet they made time to squeeze me into their schedule. The owner, Peter, personally checked out our car from front to back, side to side, and top to bottom. We watched from nearby as he checked out the entire car, including the engine diagnostic computer. Truthfully, about the only thing he didn't do was disassemble the engine. My only regret is that I don't live closer and won't be able to give him ALL of my car service business. But rest assured, the next time I am buying a car in the area, I am going to H&A Complete Auto Repair.
