Both Richards tend towards the laconic, but they will give
more explanation if you want or require it. I often do,
because I've been nursing along a 19-yr old car (which
they've worked on for the past 6 years) and have often had
to decide which repairs were necessary and cost-effective,
and which weren't. I don't feel they've ever tried to push
me into replacing/repairing something I didn't need to, or
equally important, missed something that was critical.

Richards is convenient (near the R5) and they admit when
they screw up, which in my case has been seldom (I've used
them for 7 years now for my Volvo and my GF's Camry. They
have never, as far as I know, have given me anything I
didn't need. They are much cheaper than the foreign
specialists near Narberth.
