1. Chris, the mechanic, had done work for me 6 years before elsewhere. I had the ABS go out on my 1990 Olds Bravada. It took the supplier three tries to get me a good one. Chris took the car down to the remanufacturer and made them rebuild an ABS and checked it out before returning the car to me -- at no extra cost beyond the initial one. 2. This week, I had Weikel's replace the serpentine belt and the alternator on my 2000 Ford Focus S/W. Same mechanic, Chris. Again, it took the supplier 3 tries to get the correct alternator to Chris - one that wouldn't misalign the idler pulley and wreck it. This time Weikel's is going after the Supplier for the total cost of the alternator and the idler replacement and gave us credit for the work! Steve and Chris a very competent and really take care their customers.

Weikel's has worked on my Subaru for several years, and I have always been very happy with their service. They are flexible with their scheduling, the work is always high quality, and they remind me when I need maintenance. They are very honest and told us when our prior car was not worth fixing. They offered to fix it, but said we were better off purchasing a different car! They won us over. Two thumbs up!!

Steve and Sally are just nice honest people, to me that is the most important thing. No problem with appointments or service, they are happy to shuttle customers wherever needed.
