I've been going here for a year now and could not be happier with the service and prices. This is actually just another location for the other Safari, with the owner--Ali--switching between the two shops as needed for customers. He's a wonderful man, incredibly polite and kind who takes so much time to explain everything to the customer. I first found him when I needed new tires and brakes. He was the only mechanic who took the time to make sure I was getting the right tires for my needs and to make sure my tires were safe for me to drive with until I had time to make my purchase. Since then, my husband and I have been taken our two cars to Safari exclusively and we've always been surprised at how inexpensive the bills are. We always get appointments very quickly no matter when we call. Ali and his team work overtime to make sure we get the service we want when have the time for it. Ali's even helping us to sell both of our cars now that we're moving to California. He's given us lots of advice about car standards in California and, though he could have sold our cars himself, he has been objective in advising us to when it's better to sell to friends or family than to sell through him. We find him to be thoroughly honest and open in our dealings with him. We're going to sorely miss Safari Auto when we move to California. Safari has been the best place we've ever been to.
