Nice guy. Never actually met him though. I'd drop it off at night (cuz it's 40 minutes away from my home). Then he'd leave the key in the car, I'd pick it up at night the next day and skip a check thru the mail slot. Very polite to my wife and explained everything to her when she had questions.
