My family has used Ed as our trusted mechanic for about 10 years. He used to work for the Exxon station on route 8 near the turnpike. Late in 1999 he opened his own place. I always found him to be very honest and competent. He has worked on both domestic and foreign cars for our family. He works hard and deserves to suceed at having his own business.

Ed is a wonderful mechanic to deal with. As a woman, it is very hard to find a mechanic that you trust and do not feel like you are being taken advantage of. Ed has always gone out of his way to be patient with me as I describe all of my problems and interesting car noises. He has always explained the problem and if possible different scenarios on how to fix it. Ed has even given me car advice when I broke down in another state. I can't say enough good things about Ed and his business!!! Keep up the good work!

I had a blower put on my Vette and the job looked as though it came from the factory. Oh, by the way it is now a screamer while in the past it was just fast.

I've been going to Ed for a few years now. He has worked on my wife's Aspen since we found him. He is always better priced than the dealer and does excellent work. He also offered to check over the car completely for work that would be covered under our extended warranty by the dealer rather than trying to get the business himself. Very professional.

I continue to go to Ed because I trust him and because he is highly competent. To me both are required. Ed has serviced my cars for 15 years. For the first time my wife and I have cars that have dealership service contracts and I didn't need Ed as I did in the past. The routine maintenance was to be performed by the dealerships. It sounded very appealing not having to pay right? It should have been.. but in both cases I encountered dishonesty and misdiagnosis of problems from both dealership service centers. It costs me time, money and a lot of frustration. That never happens with Ed. Ed is excellent at diagnosing the problem and gives explanation and options and does the job right the first time. I would say I always appreciated Ed and always recommend him but after experiencing poor service from two dealers I have even more of an appreciation for him. It's a pain in the rear dealing with cars as it is but at least when I go to Ed I know the person doing the work and that he's trustworthy and that the work is done right the first time.
