I took my 1996 Buick Regal there several times for various repairs. While I do not much about cars my uncle (a car mechanic) and father (a mechanical engineer) know a lot and were satisfied the shop was not ripping me off, which in their opinion is the best one can hope for. Their prices were as they should have been and whatever question I or my uncle and father had were answered thoroughly. They were also nice and friendly and I could always get an appointment the same week. I now have a different car and will be taking it to them as well.

I have taken various vehicles to the shop for over twenty years('70 Ford LTD,76 Chevette, '92 Dodge Caravan, '92 Chevy S-10 PU) and will take my '07 Prius since they are now qualified on hybrids. Gerard seems to be easing into enjoyment of time away from the shop, but John and the crew continue to provide the same excellent service that I have come to expect over the years. I am generally skeptical of salespeople and service providers but have developed a genuine confidence in this shop and the quality work that they do at a fair price. My sister owned a Chrysler that needed a repair the dealership told her would cost $2200.00. I referred her to PDX and they made they same repair for around $1100.00. They have a referral policy that provides a 10% discount on your next repair when a new, first time, customer employs their services based upon your referral. It was nice to receive the discount on my next visit following my sisters vehicle repair. I recommend these guys to anyone. Ed G.
