My truck needed some electrical repair work. I made a few calls to various repair shops and their quotes made me feel ill, but I really needed my truck to work, A.S.A.P. Lucky for me a friend stopped by and told me to call Integrity Auto. They repaired my truck that same day and for far less then what I was quoted by other repair shops.

This is the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of taking my car to. Their prices are fair and their customer service is second to none. I came to Integrity Auto after a bad experience at another shop six years ago and have continued to use their services exclusively ever since. I have never been treated poorly or ignored, despite being a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. I was treated with the same respect as my dear friend who is, himself, an auto mechanic. I would *strongly* recommend this shop to any of my friends. Their work is solid, prices reasonable, and service impeccable.

I went in for a general estimate and oil change. Ended up being billed for a "prepurchase inspection," and hour of diagnostic time at $140/hr, and $90 for the oil change. Ok, it was synthetic, but really. They did not let me know they were billing for an estimate, or how much the oil change would be. I had words with them, and we managed to keep it civilized. They took off the diagnostic charge. They complained about the cost of doing business. Fine, just be up front about your labor charges when you are billing more than the dealer. They seem very competent and I saw loyal customers there. I can't afford these guys, though.
