I left a couple of the above blank because I have no basis for knowing. As far as how they respond when they screw up, in my experience they haven't screwed up. As far as how they treat male vs. female customers, I don't know because all my female friends have the guys in their lives handle car repairs.

The first time I used Broadway was ten years ago, when I'd
just moved to Portland from Minnesota. I was driving an '84
Nissan Sentra that was severely rusted out after years of
road salt damage from Minneapolis winters. When I got my car
back after some routine maintenance, the owner told me: 'We
checked to see that everything that needs to be connected to
something else is *still* connected. And everything is,
despite how it looks.'
They were extremely relieved when, two years later, I got
rid of the now scarily rusted-out Sentra in favor of a
rust-free '94 Toyota Corolla.
