Travis and the guys are the best. Free eggs from the farm? Check. Treats women as the intelligent people that we are? Check. Honest? Check. Priced right? CHECK. Washes your car? Check! A great all around experience. Less expensive than the dealer, personable, and gets it right the first time. Travis actually cares about his customers, and has been known to rescue broken down customers on the weekend. He gave me some extra parts to take with me on a recent trip when he knew I'd be out of range of any Saab mechanics. I would recommend him to anyone.

Got Saab? If not, stop reading now. If so, you know how expensive your little Swedish habit is. Travis and his cronies at Atomic Auto can help when your Saab acts up. The staff is incredibly helpful, and honest. No BS, and unlike so many mechanics, they don't talk down to women. When Travis found out I was driving to Eastern Washington by myself, he chucked in some extra parts for my car, just in case. Of course, my car didn't break down (because Atomic keeps it in top shape), but if it had, I would have been saved by those extra parts, I'm sure. This guy goes above and beyond. One of the top mechanics I've ever had.

Got referred at 5:30 on a friday night when my car died on the freeway. Travis stayed at the shop until the tow truck got me there (7:00 PM) and had a new alternator belt on my Subru in a half hour. Really went the extra mile toget me to where I needed to be. Since then he has always been extremely knowledgable, has the technicial savvy to tackle any problem, and is extremely honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone-

Travis has worked on my SAAB for the last 5 years. He is best mechanic I have ever worked with. He provides excellent customer service and really knows his stuff. All of his repairs have been done extremely well and he stands behind all his work. Travis can instantly diagnosis a problem. The customer always comes first. He frequently offers a innovative solution that can save a substantial amount of money. I recommend him without reservation and would be happy to talk to anyone inquiring about his work.

I would recommend this shop to anyone....I had great service at a very reasonable price. Travis and the other mechanics were very helpful and personable, and I was really surprised how easy they made everything!

Top-notch service from knowledgeable and friendly SAAB experts. After experiencing a fuel pump failure 400 miles from Portland, Travis FedExed a new pump & provided help in getting part replaced by a mechanic who had not previously worked on a SAAB fuel pump.

As a single woman, it is imperative that I have a mechanic I can trust and rely on. Travis and Barry are the B-E-S- T!! How many women bake cookies for their mechanics?? If I could, I'd cater their lunch!! They are honest and competent. These guys are clearly into customer service and tell me when I don't need a repair and/or if it can wait until payday. Travis bailed me out on his lunch hour the very first time I called him! These guys are REAL and do lots of little extras at no charge...glued my sagging rubber trim, fixed by trunk lock. They're always upbeat and friendly and are willing to explain mechanical stuff to me without the condesending know what I mean. Everyone should be so lucky to have mechanics like these but most particularly women.

Travis's business is growing fast, partly because he is the best Saab shop in town and other people are discovering this and partly because the other Saab mechanics in town are sooo poor that their customers are leaving in droves. He is a young man with tons of Saab experience for all types of repairs and loves working on cars.

These guys are OUTSTANDING. Even though I loved my car before I found this shop, I always felt like owning a Saab was a little bit of a liability because of repair bills and such -- but now, I feel LUCKY to be a Saab owner because it means I can take my car to Atomic Auto!
