Adam and Bob have worked on my car, my husband's car and my daughter's car. They are honest about the need for repairs and when it is a waste of time or money (old car on last legs) to repair. They treat my daughter and I the same way they would treat a male customer, which in this area is a rarity. We have had our cars repaired by Adam in Cottage Grove and by Bob at the shop in Springfield (4136 Main St. 541-689-0841) and we will continue to use them.

Ok here we go. A $450 bill for a Mass Air Flow Sensor is one thing. A mile TEST DRIVE is quite another. Did they bother to re-imburse for the aforesaid mile test drive? NOT. So instead hire an 18 year old male teenager. Why? 18 year old male teenagers know everything, & they won't have enough money to take a mile test drive!

I am writing again. "B & A" auto did some repairs but a 68 mile test drive, after NOT fixing that Mass Air Flow sensor. Let me be clear a Sixty Eight Mile Test Drive!

My final complaint about B&A Auto repair. When quizzed about their ASE Certifications they meekly replied that neither me or my partner have had time to renew them. Is it not strange that they always have a constantly changing array of junk cars out in front of their shop. Classic trick. Do not be fooled by these fools!

I trust Adam and Bob. They've been keeping my '94 Jeep running for several years now, and have talked me out of getting repairs done that they didn't think were immediately necessary, given my somewhat meager budget. I am very happy with their work.
