Have taken several cars to them for several years. They
always seem good at finding the source of the problem and the
best fix. A few times when I have gone elsewhere for some
reason (usually convenience) they are still willing to work
with me and if needed are good at doing any follow-up work
needed. Chris has usually been the mechanic working on my
car; I know him from the previous shop he was at (JC's) before
JC retired and closed shop.

I moved to Tulsa from out of state and was looking for a good mechanic from my little 2001 Honda. I looked on cartalk website and found Surfside. I gave them a try and have been hooked since. I always wait for my car so have sat through many hours as they are on the phone with customers. They are one of the two most honest mechanics I have been to (the other one was in San Diego). I am a woman and they are always respectful and explain everything in terms I can understand. The price is always great and never looked for additional 'add on' work. I moved away to Fayetteville, AR after 3 years and I am still driving to Tulsa for all my car checkups!! IT IS WORTH IT. My car with over 120,000 miles just hummmmms. Thr waiting room does have 2 large parrots so be warned if you are scared of them.. but they are in cages /...and sometimes there is a dog..
