Short's is a FANTASTIC garage. My husband has a 2002 Saturn
SL2 that threw a rod in the engine. Short's was able to
find an engine at a reasonable price and included a new
timing belt, spark plugs, oil, and oil filter in their
estimate, which was a lot cheaper than a box garage in
Edmond, OK. The same week my husband's car died, the check
engine light in my Honda came on. When his car went into
the shop, I asked if they could look at my car later in the
week. They did it the same day! Turns out, the dealership
had charged me for replacing the spark plugs and the fuel
filter, but had never really done it! Short's gave me a
tune-up for $75. The mechanic even adjusted my radiator
belt free of charge, so the car wouldn't screech when I
turned it on. My car now sounds great! I will only use
them now. All the mechanics there are middle aged men who
have been working on cars since they were teenagers. And
boy, do they know what they're doing. So happy to have
finally found a good mechanic.
