After having my 1991 Dodge Spirit towed TWICE to a Dodge dealership (They should know Dodges, right?) I was out about $300.00 and the car was running worse if anything. I took it to Ke-Mas because it was close to where I work. They were VERY busy, which I took as a good sign. After two days, Tony, a co-owner, gave my car back to me saying " We are pretty sure we fixed the problem... Drive it around for a week to make sure before you pay us." That floored me. I did just as he said, and gladly payed the $90.00 that he charged me. The car is still running great...I recommend Ke- Mas to anyone! Now, I am torturing the Dodge place for a refund.... PS: I saw no evidence of boats at Ke-Mas!

Mark and Tony always take the time to explain what needs to be done. Their repairs are always done right the first time. Many times I've taken in my car just to be diagnosed, and they will look it over right then - no waiting in most cases. Appointments are always honored. Satisfaction guaranteed.

I brought my Dodge Caravan in for a timing belt, told them there was no hurry. Three months later, no kidding, I get a call telling me they can't fix it. Within that time they completely tore the engine down, shaved the heads, gas fouled $80.00 worth of spark plugs, tore the rubber boot on the cv-joint and expected me to replace it, destroyed my catalytic converter (they thought it was plugged up), etc...The morons then tried charging me for the f'd up mechanic's labor time. What idiots. Oil change...maybe. I had to have it towed back home... I found a kid fresh out of MCCTC Mechanic school fix it in my driveway. I don't trust these guys and you really shouldn't trust them either.
