I had the shop check my rear brakes on a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is notorious for warped rotors.I knew I would need rotors, but hoped they would not try to sell me calipers as well, which seems to be typical for less-than-trustworthy shops. The service adviser told me simply that I needed new pads and rotors. the repair time was a bit longer than quoted because they thought they had both rotors, but did not. The shop had to get some from another location. The repair was within the estimate, which was reasonable, and the car performs flawlessly again. I was very pleased and will return in the future.
