They had replaced my transmission several years ago, and it
had a 3 year or 75,000 mile warranty. When it went out at
38,000 miles I was pleasantly suprised when they replaced
it without an argument. They have always taken care of all
my repairs and stand behind their work.

I came in on a Monday morning, without an appointment, they
looked at the car that afternoon, called to explain what
needed to be done and completed the repair before closing.
It's worked fine ever since.

Worked on my 2001 Dodge Ram Truck. My exhaust pipe was
cut between the converter and muffler. Instead of taking my
money and ordering a new pipe to be installed, he told me to head to a muffler shop, and they could patch it for around $50. I went to a national shop and paid $55 to patch it.
Mr Mechanic could have taken my money and ordered a new pipe
to install, instead, he did the honest thing.
He's worked on all of our vehicles, and each time he provides
great work with great pricing as well as honest service.

We've have several repairs that were constantly under the
major competitors prices. Work was finished correctly the
first time and they offer loaner cars. I feel like they
are looking out for the car when they do the work, never
trying to add items into the work order. They will offer
additional maintenance as needed but state that it is not
an immediate issue or it's just recommended. A week after
the repair, they call to see if the cars is running
correctly.
We bough lifetime breaks from a national shop about 14
months ago. The front breaks started squeaking so I went
in to have them look at it. They told me that they needed
to replace the following for just the front breaks: one
rotor, turn the other rotor, the calipers, replace all the
break lines, and replace the life time pads.
I took it to Mr Mechanic and they wanted to replace both
front rotors, both front pads and repack the bearings.
This was a price savings of over $300. Good people good
cars!

Have used these folks for 2 cars, a Buick and a Nissan. At least once for each car there came a time when they said, "We COULD fix it by doing x, but you don't really need that. Here's what we recommend instead. In each case, x worked fine and for much less. I think that's worth it's weight in gold these days. One thing to know, the shop can be a little hard to find because they are mostly BEHIND a strip mall that has an Odd Lots store.
