Ken is the Service Manager. He personally explains the recommended work items to you.The mechanic does an excellent job and also explains what they've done. The price is good too!!!

At Ziegler's they have always been superb.And completely equipped for service with smile.Recommended & referred.

I went there to have my shocks replaced, along with an oil change. The $25 oil change comes with a tire rotation. I supplied my own replacement shocks. Because my vehicle would already be up on the lift and the tires removed due to the tire rotation, I thought that simply removing my old shocks and relaxing them with the self supplied ones would be fail inexpesive. Imagine my shock and horror when I was presented a bill for $300. Now, this was not my first visit here. I asked why so much. Their reply was that it was the going rate and that, according to their data, this job is entitled to be charged with 3 hours labor. I was adamant that my vehicle was not worked on for 3 hrs, but they insisted that that was their charge regardless of how long it took. I had been a loyal patron here for over a decade, but after this episode, they shall never receive my business again
