Very friendly; take lots of time to explain things; don't
get upset at last-minute cancellations; will usually give
the car a test drive and tentative diagnosis the day you
call and get you in for the repair in another day or two.
They do much more than the "transmissions" in their name.
They're good for most repairs and will take the car to a
specialty shop if it needs something they don't do -- like
an alignment. I even use them for routine oil changes:
they're cheaper than the quickie places.
They usually have a loaner car if you need it -- check when
you call.
Their only downside is that nasty left turn off of 30th
Street. I usually go around the block.

I keep a small fleet of delivery vans on the road, so
having reliable "go-to" mechanics is a must.
Guy and Brian have provided invaluable diagnostic
information (such as, "Will driving it in this condition
hurt it further ?"), as well as many repairs over the
years.
We have used them mainly as our "transmission
specialists", but I wouldn't hesitate to avail myself of
their other services.
