Rich helped fix my mistake after I screwed up when changing
spark plugs. They fixed the problem fast and were very
friendly and the price was very fair! I usually do all my
own work on my cars but I may start using Rich to do things
to let me get some free time!

My father has always used Underwood's and so have I. Rich is very knowledgeable with all cars foreign and domestic. I would say an expert trouble shooter on all the cars and trucks I have taken to him. He takes to time to explain everything. He doesn't try to cheat you in anyway like some of the mechanics here on Lorain. He's a great guy and a fantastic mechanic. I have refer many people to Rich and everyone of them was completely satisfied.
