I don't trust my cars to anybody else. If, for some reason, a repair did not work, they fix it again. They have the most competent mechanics I have ever known. And they are also very friendly.

On the recommendation of the car guy's website (here) I went to John Pierce for a tune up on my high mileage Town Car. It is now running better than it ever has, maybe even the day it left the factory. And they didn't even overcharge. Dana Garen

My family has used this mechanic for about 25 years, since he was with another shop. I moved 30 miles away and still take my car there, I have been ripped off by mechanics that in my area. John Pierce has a good reputation for honesty and is willing to answer questions.

They did fine work, but left the interior of the car dirty.

These folks are good! For three weeks of weekends I've been beating my car to death, trying to do it my self. After a battery, changing the ignition switch cluster (which banished a few other gremlins), and buying a starter motor/solenoid, I gave up when I could not get the starter out. They knew that's what I expected, yet they didn't take advantage of me. I had it towed there Tuesday even though they said they probably wouldn't get to it until Friday. Wednesday afternoon (next day service) it was done. The mechanic, Steve, was very responsive. He called several times Wednesday morning to let me know what was up. The first thing Steve said was, "Good News; your starter's going to live." I was so happy with that (from a prospective cost stand point) that we agreed as well on an exhaust repair, and then I added a request of a new set of tires. I basically ended up spending what I would have expected for the original (unneeded) repair, but am satisfied with the service I received. Grand total: Diagnosis of ignition problems, minor rewiring, splice welding of exhaust flex-line(a whole new part is $120.00), new tires installed/balanced, mercy, and a big load off my mind - $353.05 after taxes. Well worth it in my mind. My time is worth $45/hour and I would have done better to go to these guys in the first place. My wasted time was well past 60 hours.

I have had several vehicles repaired here and would not even consider another shop. They have always done a fine job and have always been thorough in their explanation of all my service repairs. They are also friendly and considerate. I have even had services done at no charge. I'll continue to use this shop for all my vehicle repairs and services!

I have had several vehicles worked on at this shop and will never take my vehicles any where else for service or major repairs. They are honest in assessing your problem and very informitive as to what it will take to repair your vehicle. They even provided me with a ride home from their shop after droping off my vehicle for repair at no cost to me. I live about 12 miles from their shop thanks Steve!

John and Steve are extremely competent and honest individuals. We have taken our cars (Pontiacs, Chrysler, Hondas, Hyundais) to them for over 20 years. Our children have grown and now take their cars to them. You cannot beat their courteous, knowledgeable, and dynamic service. And no, I was not paid by them to say this. We recommend them to everyone we know. L. Hamilton
