I will never take my Acura anywhere else. Gregg is honest, has very reasonable prices and will get refurbished parts to save your money. I only wish he also worked on Toyotas too, because Gregg only works on Acuras and Hondas. . Don't hesitate to see him; he does a really good job.

Gregg Swartz is the owner and ONLY mechanic. You deal with Gregg when you call, and he is the one working on your car. He is dealer trained on Acura and Honda, and fixes anything the car needs. He uses Honda parts. He is open Tuesday through Saturday, and can give an appointment within a day or two, or can handle emergencies right away. The shop is on Front street at Bailey road just off Route 8. I have had many things done to my '92 Accord, and he also takes care of cars for my neighbor and my brother and sister.

A national chain (let's call them "Fonro" Muffler and Brakes) didn't put the cap back on after giving me an oil change. Oil went everywhere, and after discovering this, I brought the car back and they hastily cleaned it. When my vehicle started making a clicking sound that night and I went back to the shop, they got aggressive and claimed no fault. I must have dropped something behind my dashboard they said (what?) and I'd need to have the dealer take apart my dashboard. Fast forward a few days later ... Gregg at Honda Acura Specialist is able to instantly assess that my brakes just needed fresh grease (I'm guessing grease was lost during the hasty cleanup by "Fonro"). His people had the rest of oil in the car cleaned up and the brakes greased in less than an hour. And unlike that national shop that scoffed at my hybrid and told me how tricky they are to work on, Gregg was easily and happily worked in my vehicle. No hassle. Fair price. I'm definitely coming back for all future work.
