I've been getting my vehicles serviced at Howilers for over
ten years, and unlike the last reviewer, have never had a
problem with them. They have always taken the time to
explain every detail of a needed repair, and more
importantly, explained why I DIDN'T need a repair or
service that a dealer had said I did. Many times
inspections of a problem have been at no charge, or small
repairs have been performed with no charge for labor. Maybe
they treat me this way because I'm a long time customer,
but I wouldn't be surprised if everyone got the same
treatment.

These guys fix the problem and charge reasonable prices. An older neighbor told me about them when I first moved here 15 years ago, and I've been going there ever since. When a dealer or other shop like Midas tells me I need something done, I go to Howiler's for a second opinion. Often, they'll tell me the thing didn't need fixed, but if it does, they charge a fraction of the price. Sometimes, they'll look at something and tell me there's no problem, and they don't even charge me. I'm moving about 40 minutes away, but still plan on using them because they've earned my trust over the years.
