Years ago took our cars from here to there looking for one shop. Over the years this shop has proven their honesty and repair expertise. I do not like that they chanrge for diagnosis when you repair the problem but then again their labor rate is basically 2/3 or most good shops. So it works out, i guess. Have had body work and mechanical repairs done of the past 10-12 years. Another good thing is they treat all customers the, women, young, old, smarta**(me), limited knowledge, experienced, nice, not-so-nice; doesn't matter they are a good option for auto repair.

These folks do both body work and mechanical work. They do both extremely well. I was introduced to them, by a wonderful eyewitness, when I had an accident on the second day I lived in Columbus. This was in 1987. I used them exclusively, for my Plymouth Reliant K (1981), and a second car, a Plymouth Scamp (1972), until 1991 when I bought a new Toyota and started using the dealer while under warranty. After the expiration of my warranty, I switched back to Automotive Services and have continued to use and recommend them to everyone I know. They are particularly honest, and straightforward with female customers. I never have any fear about what they recommend, as I studied automtive repair for 5 seasons in an adult auto class (not powderpuff) when I lived in Brockton, MA. I took that class to learn the lingo and avoid being ripped off. I ended up doing all of the work on both of the Plymouths mentioned above, during those 5 years. Automotive Services rates an A+ in my book. They diagnose well, do not recommend any unnecessary work, make good on promises, and generally treat all customers both fairly and with dignity.
